THE ROLE
This is a full-time remote position for a Brand & Growth Lead. You will shape Neosava’s campaign direction, storytelling architecture, and growth strategy, ensuring every launch, promotion, and initiative strengthens both brand equity and revenue performance. This role is strategic in nature.
- Setting up ads daily
- Designing posts
- Managing admin operations
You will be directing the strategy behind them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define weekly product focus based on stock levels,performance data, and business priorities
- Design and lead major campaigns(payday, double-date sales, seasonal launches, brand activations)
- Develop compelling storytelling angles for content and paid media
- Create structured content and campaign plans aligned withNeosava's long-term brand vision
- Guide and brief the AdsSpecialist and SocialMediaManagerwith clear campaign direction
- Make decisions to scale, pause, or rotate creatives based on performance metrics
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Translate high-level brand vision into executable marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities for brand expansion and strategic partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with studios, wellness organizers, and key stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven expertise in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Management
- Experiencein e-commerce growth and performance-driven environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing or influencing paid media budget
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS,AOV,ATC, conversion funnel)
- Strategic thinking combined with commercial awareness
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisive calls
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Passionfor wellness, yoga, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
